1. You can specify Meta title, Meta description, Og title and Og description for the homepage which only affects the homepage, not the entire site.
2. nopCommerce is providing meta title and meta description in category page, but not the og title and og description. You can have that feature by this plugin.
3. If you're using multistore then you can also configure different meta and og content for homepage and category page using its multistore plugin.
Instructions:
1. Download the plugin archive.
2. Unzip the archive and drop the selected version folder into "\Plugins" directory on your server
3. Reload plugins from admin panel.
4. Install and enable SEO Plus plugin.
5. Configure plugin as per your needs for homepage as well as category page.
